Returns & Exchanges

At Greyson Clothiers, we strive for excellence in every stitch. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all hangtags attached and include the packing slip provided in the portal.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
